Wizards have a wide variety of spells to choose from. They are perhaps the most "universal" caster with their Wizardry school of magic. They can also invoke magic wands that have stored spell charges. While Wizards have no specialty with traditional weapons, they do have the ability to at least train them somewhat. They are the only spell casting vocation that can even use a sword to some degree of efficiency.
