Turtilian are turtle humanoids. They are very slow, not very agile, and don't have much empathy. They are also slightly less smart than humans. However, they also have slightly higher strength than humans, and very high endurance (slow and steady wins the race). That also have high constitution, vitality, and will. They are completely immune to slow conditions (how can they get much slower?), and have a high resistance to caustic effects.
