Spell Crafting allows the creation of new and unique spells. The area, duration, targets, effects, etc. can all be determined by the creator! The higher the skill level, the more likely the creation will succeed, and the more options the creator will have. Once the spell is created, it will permanently appear in the list of spells for the Arcanist!
