Prestige affects the reaction you get while speaking with NPCs. Normally, a person speaking with someone of conflicting personalities (example: Crude vs Polite) results in a decrease in positive reaction. In addition to overall reaction, an individual having Prestige doesn't suffer from this negative personality effect!
