The Pirate loves spending their time on the open sea. That, and pillaging towns and villages they stumble upon. Pirates can raid a battlefield like none other, finding treasure that others wouldn't have spotted. In fact, they can even recover fired projectiles most of the time!
But getting back to their primary function... Pirates are expert navigators and can quickly travel any body of water with almost any type of vessel.
Pirates are pretty good fighters, especially with swords, throwing, triggered, and firearm weapons and crossbows.
Finally, like the Monk, they have a Blind Tolerance skill since they spend a lot of time in the base of a dark ship.
