Leather working allows creation of all sorts of leather (or 'hide') related goods. Armor, bags, slings, rope, etc. Also required to 'tie' together certain types of items. The higher the skill level, the more complicated the product can be. It also affects the types of materials that may be used, as well as how quickly they may be produced.
