Create Spell Instructions allow a Scribe to teach spells that they understand to other casters. While a Scribe cannot cast a spell directly, they can create scrolls that can be invoked later. These are the spells that the Scribe can teach to other spellcasters (Priests, Wizards, Geomancers, etc.). The higher the skill level, the more powerful the spells, and the quicker the instructions can be generated.
